Uniform

Daily school uniform
Red sweatshirt/cardigan with the school logo
Pale blue polo shirt with the school logo
Navy blue skirts/pinafore dress, shorts or trousers
An optional red checked Summer dress can be worn in warmer weather
Black sensible school shoes (NO trainers).

PE Uniform
Indoor:
Navy shorts
White crew neck T-shirt
Black rubber-sole pumps

Outdoor P.E. lessons:
White crew neck T-shirt
Navy shorts or plain black/navy tracksuit bottoms
Red school jumper or plain navy blue hoodie

Dark coloured trainers should be worn in KS2. Pumps are not suitable for doing PE outdoors as they do not provide enough protection for the children's feet, especially on the playground surfaces. Brightly coloured trainers are not appropriate for school wear.

Miscellaneous:
Plain red sun cap should be worn in Summer (this can be purchased in school)
Red book bag. Please do not send reading books etc in rucksacks as there is not sufficient space in the cloakrooms.
Wellington boots (For Reception class)
Y2 upwards - a pair of indoor shoes to change into (these can be pumps and left in school).

We ask that all children wear the uniform and encourage them to maintain a good standard of clean and tidy dress in school.

In addition, we would be grateful if you could:
Please make sure that all items of clothing are clearly marked with your child's name.
Please note that tracksuit bottoms are not regarded as appropriate for normal school wear.
The uniform is designed to be practical, maintainable and good value for money.
Watches and small studded earrings maybe worn, however, no jewellery is permitted during P.E. lessons for health and safety reasons; earrings must be removed or covered with tape and watches must be removed. The school takes no responsibility for damage or loss for jewellery items. Make-up and nail varnish should not be worn to school.
Hair must be neat and tidy and worn with no extremes of style or colour. Hair accessories such as slides, ribbons bobbles, etc, should be fairly simple and if possible in school colours. Long hair should always be tied up for PE for health and safety reasons.
